HotRodsandHoopties.com Pre-Owned Vehicle Inventory Terms and Conditions General Warranty Standards Applicable to All Pre-Owned Vehicles: none of the vehicles listed on this website are owned by HotRodsandHoopties.com and HotRodsandHoopties.com offers no express or implied warranty on any vehicle. Vehicles displayed for sale on this Website may be sold with or without warranty from the Dealer or Seller. Unless stated otherwise, all vehicles are sold "as-is", with all faults and without warranty, express or implied. All express or implied representations regarding a vehicle are that of the dealer or seller and not HotRodsandHoopties.com. As discussed below, Certified Vehicles may or may not be offered with an express warranty or a written return policy, the terms of which, if offered, are determined by the Dealer offering them. Non-certified vehicles are those pre-owned vehicles that are listed by Dealers or Sellers without any express warranty, refund or exchange options. However, Dealers or Sellers may in their sole discretion offer limited warranties; refund and exchange options for vehicles listed as non-certified, or in the alternative, offer them without warranty and "as-is." Certified Vehicle Standards: It is your responsibility to read the vehicle description and any written warranty or return policy provided by the dealer and to physically inspect the vehicle prior to completing your purchase or lease. Ask for a copy of the written warranty and/or return policy before you complete your purchase or lease. It is your responsibility to verify and understand the terms of the warranty and/or return policy being offered for the vehicle you are considering before You complete the purchase or lease. The Dealer, not HotRodsandHoopties.com, may or may not agree to establish and offer a limited warranty and/or return policy for Certified Vehicles they advertise in the Search Inventory section of the HotRodsandHoopties.com Website. All terms of the limited warranty or return policy will be between You and the Dealer offering them, and not HotRodsandHoopties.com. Warranty Disclaimer: Any warranty coverage on a Certified Vehicle may be in addition to implied warranties prescribed by the laws of the state in which Dealer is located. Warranty coverage or exclusions are determined solely by the Dealer and should be set forth in warranty documentation provided to You separately or as printed on the Federal Trade Commission Used Vehicle Buyers Guide attached to the window of the pre-owned vehicle while on display. Dealer, not HotRodsandHoopties.com, is responsible for any claims arising under the provided warranty. Nothing in this section shall be interpreted as preventing Dealer from purchasing independent warranty coverage from a legitimate third party provider. Return Policy Disclaimer: All final terms and conditions of the return policy on a Certified Vehicle will be between You and the Dealer, not HotRodsandHoopties.com. Customer shall be responsible for any additional sales/use tax or licensing fees incurred as a result of the exchange. In the event the original vehicle is returned damaged, where permitted by state law, Dealer may refuse the return or in the alternative collect from Customer the amount that Dealer can prove was actually expended to repair the vehicle. Any tax or licensing charges as a result of withholding these funds shall be the sole responsibility of Dealer and not HotRodsandHoopties.com. It is Customer's responsibility to return the vehicle to the dealership location within the prescribed return period.
